Wednesday saw the introduction of a new UK law requiring companies with more than 250 employees to report on the gender pay gap between their male and female staff.Vogue asked employment lawyer Natalie Razeen for a clear guide on women's pay rights in the country - read it here.Meanwhile, HSBC announced that they would be introducing the prefix Mx for non-binary customers, and in a similar move, MTV announced that it would be making all its awards gender-neutral going forward.

Kendall Jenner's Pepsi advert attracted criticism over its parallel to the Black Lives Matter protests that happened across America and was removed by the brand as a result.The soft drink conglomerate released a statement saying:"Clearly we missed the mark, and we apologise.We did not intend to make light of any serious issue.We are removing the content and halting any further rollout.We also apologise for putting Kendall Jenner in this position."

While Jenner herself remained quiet on the topic, Madonna - once the star of a banned Pepsi advert herself - weighed in. Sharing the advert on her Instagram, she captioned it:"When you wake up and realise that shit just really doesn't make sense.Side Note:My Pepsi commercial was pulled 30 years ago because I was kissing a black saint!#ironic".The popstar then showed that her allegiances have now changed by posting a throwback image of her carrying a Coca Cola to attend the 1999 Grammys.
